The Mourvedre
Within Bandol name, the professionals of the vine call it "King-Mourvèdre" .
Imported from Spain, it has been recogniezd by the Châteauneuf-du-Pape and the Languedoc for his qualities.
It's almost the only vine among the " Midi"'s that can last more than twenty years. Raised inside barrel of oak, it gives wine tastes of vanilla or exotic plants, of blackberries or red bays.
The Cabernet Sauvignon
Here is a type of vine with subtle savours and multiples world wide known. It is the King vine withing the Bordeau area. According to certain oenologists it allots the wines of Provence a homogeneity. Some think of a drift, a tendency to a standardized taste.
